Office lunches, client entertaining, staff appreciation, product launches. We set up on site, cook to order, and give your team a meal they'll talk about long after the plates are cleared.
Service runs off our own equipment. We handle the cooking, plating, and cleanup from start to finish. From the venue we need a flat setup area, access to load in, and a rough headcount ahead of the date so the menu and quantities are dialed.
Private events
Your backyard, our griddle.
Backyard parties, home entertaining, milestone dinners. You host, we cook. Guests get hot arepas made in front of them while you actually enjoy your own party.
We build the menu with you around the occasion and the headcount, arrive early to set up, and break down when the last plate is served. All you provide is the space and the guest list.
